Ms Gloria Zhang is a highly regarded international business advisor with over 30 years of experience spanning Australasian markets, including business and private banking, project delivery, and strategic marketing. She advises major ASX-listed companies across the resources and energy sectors, with a particular focus on Asia-facing growth, capital partnerships, and cross-border strategy.

Ms Zhang brings deep expertise in joint venture structuring and governance, Asian market engagement, and investor and shareholder relations. She has held senior leadership roles within Australia–China mining joint ventures and trade operations, where she played a pivotal role in aligning commercial strategy with cross-cultural execution.
